PATTERN NOTES
This scarf is knit sideways. Stitches are cast on to create the length of the scarf. You can easily adjust the length of this piece by casting on more or fewer stitches, but we have suggested two lengths for the purposes of this pattern. The simplest, most basic stitch is used in this pattern: garter stitch. It is a perfect first project: basic and stress-free, but with bold results you’ll be proud of!
Gene is available as part of e-book Joyful Stitches, and as an individual pattern through Ravelry.
