Needles: US Size 3 (3.25 mm) 16″ circ, and set of DPNS or your preferred needle for knitting small circumferences in the round or size needed to obtain gauge

PATTERN NOTES
This hat is worked in the round from the bottom up. The pattern begins with a tubular cast-on in a contrast color – you can find a tutorial for the cast-on method here: http://blog.universalyarn.com/2017/11/17/day-5-of-winter/. It features a folded brim and is topped with a pom-pom. You may wish to place markers between each pattern repeat to help stay on track.
