PATTERN NOTES
This cowl is worked in the round from the bottom up.
To change colors at the end of rounds, work the last dc as follows: yo, insert hook into stitch, yo and pull up a loop, yo and pull through 2 loops; with new color, yo and pull through remaining 2 loops.
