PATTERN NOTES
This feminine pullover is worked in the round from the bottom up. After ruffle stitches are decreased, upper stitches are picked up from the wrong side, forming a decorative ridge and “seam” on the right side of the work. Lots of stockinette stitch makes this a great TV-knitting project.
