Wanderer Cardigan
Wanderer Cardigan
Designed by Rachel Brockman
PATTERN NOTES
Tweed and colorwork are a no brainer, yes? Throw three shades of gray into the mix and you have a timeless and versatile fall jacket. This staple sweater features loads of tailored details such as set-in pockets, double-layer collar, a zippered front with facings, and more.
Body and Sleeves are knit flat from the bottom up. The Collar is worked by picking up stitches around the neck opening and knitting it upward. Six stitches on each side of the collar are continued downward to form the zipper facings.
If you love the look of this sweater but don’t prefer a cardigan, check out the companion piece, Wanderer Pullover.
